At The C.O.Re Church – The City of Refuge Church, we are building a home where everyone can belong, believe, and become.
Our goal is to be big enough to have you, yet small enough to know you. In this place, miracles are unexplainable—but they are predictable.
We believe that every person’s relationship with God is unique and that He delights in your authentic voice and journey with Him. Here, faith is personal, community is genuine, and Christ is always at the center.
Our Pastor
Pastor Benjamin Appiah is a passionate leader with a heart to see lives transformed by the power of God and grounded in purpose. His ministry journey began in New York with the Church of Pentecost, where he served as a youth pastor and helped ignite a generation of young believers to live boldly for Christ.
In 2008, he founded Youth Alive International Ministries, a movement that continues to impact young adults across the nation by awakening their faith and calling them into revival. He also leads The Gideon Project, a network of professionals dedicated to using their influence to advance the Kingdom of God.
With years of ministry and church leadership experience, Pastor Ben has helped plant and strengthen churches across the U.S. and beyond. As the Lead Pastor of The C.O.Re Church, his heart is to build a home where people can belong, believe, and become—a place of refuge, restoration, and revelation through the love of Jesus Christ.
